Shipping Timeframes:

• Processing Time: 2-5 business days.
• Estimated Shipping Time: 14-24 day for domestic orders, 14-30 days for international orders. 
• Delivery Time is a forecast of how long we expect to deliver your order. The estimated delivery time is calculated by adding the estimated handling time and the estimated shipping time.
  
  The estimated delivery time is just that, an estimate, not a guarantee. If the estimated delivery time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, wait a little longer. After 5 business days, contact us by email and we will study your case.

Shipping Responsibility:

• We are not responsible for additional taxes, customs fees, or lost packages caused by external companies.
• However, we are available to assist you in resolving these issues to the best of our ability.
